- No refunds will be provided for:

- Not finding a suitable match
- Inactive usage or non-usage of the service
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
Technical Failure
If payment is made but the service (membership features) is not activated.
Unauthorized Transaction
If a payment is made without the user’s consent (subject to verification).
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:

- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel auto-renewal (if applicable) at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing but does not guarantee a refund for the current active plan

- Provide false or misleading information
